JOB TITLE
Product Manager | MAF Future Solutions | SHARE

ROLE SUMMARY
To create, implement and continuously improve market leading products for the Group’s loyalty programm, to enable the effective delivery of business objectives as SHARE transitions from a loyalty programme to a lifestyle platform.The Product Manager will create the product vision, strategy and programme roadmap for the product area while working with the Product leadership, product designers, engineering, data, Business Owners and other key leadership members and stakeholders.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Create a product vision and program roadmap for the product area that addresses customer problems and drives business value. Align the product area roadmap with the yearly OKRs. Take ownership in the creation of the best backlog for your product area.
  • The ability to gather requirements, define functionality and goals. Create PRDs from zero and ensure it becomes a live document where the whole team contributes to.Work with engineering and design on slicing the features to quickly deliver testable value
  • Ensure long term maintainability of the product. Design and build products that scale. Ensure the right monitoring and alarms are setup by TechOps teams
  • Ability to generate actionable insights from data. Leverage insights to derive meaningful outcomes for the business. Support the data teams in the creation of dashboards that can be used to track OKRs and product metrics.
  • Create clear product hypothesis and measurement strategies that can be tested directly with customers to understand product performance which can be aligned back to business goals and objectives and inform further development.
  • Leverage cross functional members (engineering, design and data) to collectively define the experiment that will validate your initiative hypothesis. Ensure that an experiment documentation is created
  • Ensure stakeholders can voice their concerns and that they understand and are aligned with the squad's backlog and priorities. Together with your manager address senior leadership.
  • Work with data teams to create insights around your product area. Go from problem statements and opportunities to hypothesis. Drive discovery workshops with your immediate team.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience
  • 5 years of Agile methodology product development experience
  • Experience in working with Loyalty or Rewards products especially tiers or subscriptions is preferred
  • Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Charismatic with strong communication and influencing skills
