General Responsibilities.



· Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.



· Plan ahead and prepare for activities according to the activity calendar.



· Ensure all children attending the Play Alila have been registered by a parent or guardian.



· Create tracksheets for kids entering Play Alila.



· Create new and exciting activities to drive enthusiasm for all children in the resort.



· Maintain stock of items required for kids activities such as paints, crayons, papers, toys, etc through inventory and ordering new stock when needed.



· Ensure all areas are clean, sanitized and well maintained.



· Provide a high level of guest satisfaction through effective communication.



· Follow departmental policies and procedures.



· Follow all safety and sanitation policies.



· To work together as part of a team with colleagues from Spa and Kids Club department.



· Must present yourself at all times in a well groomed & hygenic manner.



· To contribute to creating a safe, happy and harmonious working environment


Substitution and Duties



Within the frame work of his/her duties, he/she may be asked to carry out special tasks, not mentioned in this Job Description and defined whenever applicable by the Spa Manager of the Hotel.
