Job Title: Functional Lead
Education and Experience: 8+ Years’ Experience, Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, or a related field.
Type of contract: One Year Extendable
Role & Responsibility:
- Deep understanding of business processes and their CRM integration, with the ability to
- analyze complex requirements and convert them into functional specifications
- Establish and maintain best practices, standards, and methodologies for business
- analysis to ensure consistency and quality in deliverables
- Collaborate with Retail, Corporate, Islamic Banking business along with IT and operations
- to identify goals, and objectives related to the CRM
- Oversee process reimagination by Business Analysts to ensure alignment with the bank's
- strategic goals and industry best practices
- Oversee the creation of detailed functional requirements for creation of detailed BRDs
- Assist in troubleshooting issues that arise during implementation, providing insights into
- functional requirements and business processes
- Work closely with the technical lead to ensure that the functional requirements are
- understood and implemented correctly
- Oversee the configuration of the CRM system to ensure it aligns with business
- requirements and processes documented by the business analysts
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, BAs and the
- technical team from SI partner, ensuring clear communication and understanding of
- requirements
- Implement changes overseeing the implementation of new processes, ensuring that all
- changes are effectively integrated into the bank's operations.
