- Manage the recruitment process, sourcing top talent through various channels. - Understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers. - Manage the candidate pipeline and applicant tracking system to ensure a smooth recruitment process. - Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment-related matters. - Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management. - Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience as a specialized recruiter, - Have a proven track record on senior-level positions. - Competency based selection - Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent assessment methods. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to attract and retain top talent. - High level of professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information. - Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic and evolving organization. - Priority will be given to immediate joiners or with short notice period.
