Agency Sales and Business Development
• Lead Agency pitches to prospective clients and grow agency top line revenue.
• Create strategic proposals to promote services.
• Front end and manage the client relationship.
• Scan for marketing opportunity and participate in tenders to attract high value agency projects.
• Manage every communication element of advertising and marketing including creative, copy, layouts and production.
• Manage service providers, suppliers and onsite requirements.
• Meticulously run day to day operations of a full service Integrated Ad Agency, supervise the team’s output and troubleshoot problems and issues.
• Manage the Finance Strategy by coordinating overall budget process, annual budget plan and taking responsibility for achieving the agreed profitability and monthly targets.
• Manage the Marketing Strategy by image building, corporate communications, and brand projection to rapidly grow company’s exposure to both corporate and government sector.
• Manage the HR & Admin Strategy by training and developing the team to learn and adapt to the latest advertising trends, improving quality of proposals and evaluate employees’ work performance.
• Oversee all design and creative content, website development and conceptualization.
• Approve all peripherals being created for events and external clients.
• Develop and implement ideas to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
