Overview of the role:
Ensuring that service levels and customer satisfaction are maintained to the highest standards by managing the stock routines and operations effectively.
What you will do:-
Description of Accountability:
OPERATIONAL
- Sending all the damaged articles to ASIS area for recovery or sales
- Assisting the recovery assistants to re-pack the items that can be re-used and restocked.
- Returning the loose hand articles from throughout the store to their original location
- Maintaining Standard in the Store
- Assisting the retail sales representatives with customers inquiries
- Tidy up the store – especially important during peak times.
Skills
Required Skills to be successful:
- Analytical Skills, Effective Communication
- Multitasker.
- Good command of English language is preferred.
- Good command of Arabic language is preferred.
