Job Description

  • Creating the business' marketing strategy and developing a brand's presence
  • Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
  • Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
  • Developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals.
  • Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
  • Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
  • Drive customer engagement through an effective CRM program and build on customer loyalty touchpoints to increase recency and frequency of customers
  • Lead the Marketing team with clear division of responsibilities and accountability
  • Effectively work with external agencies to drive brand awareness through traditional and social/ digital media in a cost effective manner
  • Closely liaise and work with YUM brands Marketing and Brand team at the regional office in Dubai to ensure sourcing and implementation of all regional initiatives at the local level and continuously seek guidance on improving Transactions/ Sales performance for Oman
  • Work closely with other HODs, especially Operations, Finance, and Procurement to ensure planning, forecasting, and alignment of marketing plan roll-outs
  • Continually liaise with Area Managers to update on latest market developments in each trade area, keeping a close tab on competitor activity and market sentiment to aid advanced planning and actions


  • MBA/ PG Diploma – Marketing (Must)
  • Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality Management (Desirable but not essential)

Minimum Experience:

  • 5 Years with International QSR brands of which 3 Years as Marketing Head/ Manager
  • Oman/ GCC work experience is must
