Sr. CRM Specialist

  1. Maintain and administer the CRM different platforms to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
  2. Provide user support and documentation to ensure effective utilization of the CRM system.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM initiatives with marketing, sales, and customer service efforts.
  4. Oversee the CRM different platforms and ensure its efficient operation.
  5. Customize CRM workflows, fields, and reports to meet business requirements.
  6. Manage user access, permissions, and training programs for CRM users.
  7. Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate CRM performance and insights to stakeholders.
  8. Identify areas for optimization and continuous improvement based on data analysis and user experience.
  9. Recommend innovative solutions and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of our CRM initiatives.

Proven work experience as a CRM Admin or similar roleSolid background in ZOHO platformProficiency in ExcelTechnical expertise with CRM and analytical systemsStrong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
