We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function by overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance. The role also supports organizational development and ensures alignment with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement HR strategies and policies.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
- Oversee performance management and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits.
- Provide HR support and advice to management.
- Promote a positive workplace culture by strengthening employee engagement and resolving employee concerns proactively
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, SPF and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
