Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Execute daily van sales operations and ensure timely delivery of products
Manage and service a customer base of 100–125 B and C-Class outlets
Achieve assigned sales targets, volume, and distribution goals
Identify and onboard new customers within the assigned route
Ensure proper product display, visibility, and stock rotation at outlets
Maintain strong relationships with customers and handle inquiries professionally
Collect payments and ensure timely reconciliation (if applicable)
Submit daily sales reports and route performance updates
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Van Sales / FMCG / General Trade
Valid GCC/Home Country driving license (mandatory)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Basic English communication (Arabic is an advantage)
Preferred Qualifications
High School/ Diploma or equivalent.
Experience handling FMCG products(Specifically Food Items)
Familiarity with handheld sales devices or invoicing systems
