Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily van sales operations and ensure timely delivery of products

  • Manage and service a customer base of 100–125 B and C-Class outlets

  • Achieve assigned sales targets, volume, and distribution goals

  • Identify and onboard new customers within the assigned route

  • Ensure proper product display, visibility, and stock rotation at outlets

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and handle inquiries professionally

  • Collect payments and ensure timely reconciliation (if applicable)

  • Submit daily sales reports and route performance updates

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Van Sales / FMCG / General Trade

  • Valid GCC/Home Country driving license (mandatory)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

  • Basic English communication (Arabic is an advantage)

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School/ Diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience handling FMCG products(Specifically Food Items)

  • Familiarity with handheld sales devices or invoicing systems
