Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures. Prepare the Operation Theatre, surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies before procedures. Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures. Maintain strict aseptic and infection-control practices in the OT. Perform instrument, sponge, and needle counts before and after procedures. Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical condition during surgery. Assist with patient positioning, preparation, and transfer. Handle and maintain surgical instruments and OT equipment appropriately. Ensure proper sterilization and availability of surgical supplies. Assist with emergency procedures and maintain readiness for surgical emergencies. Complete OT documentation, surgical records, and handover reports accurately. Coordinate effectively with surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain patient safety, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Sc Nursing qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in an Operation Theatre.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, OT protocols, infection control, and sterilization.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy hospital environment.
