Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency care to employees when needed

• Manage workplace injuries and coordinate further medical treatment

• Maintain health records and employee medical files

• Support health and wellness programs (e.g. vaccinations, health checks)

• Monitor and report health hazards at the workplace

•Conduct health awareness sessions and safety training

• Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety regulations

• Maintain medical supplies and first aid kits

• Support during workplace inspections or audits

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing (Registered Nurse)

• Valid nursing license

• Experience in occupational health or industrial setting preferred

•Basic knowledge of health & safety regulations

Skills Required:

• First Aid and emergency response

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and record-keeping

• Ability to work independently and handle emergencies

Required Certifications For Licence:

•BLS – Basic Life Support

• ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support

•Trauma Care Certification (e.g., ITLS, PHTLS, or equivalent)

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience Requirement Without Gap: BSc 3 Years + & GNM: 4+Years (Without

Gap).

Requirement for Viva: Pearson Vue Exam, Dataflow Report or Payment Receipt &

Policy Clerance

Note: The Dataflow report must include complete education and experience details,

and a valid Medical Council Registration Certificate must be attached and included as

part of the Dataflow.
