We are looking for a motivated and experienced Branch Manager – Service, to oversee our automotive workshop operations. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of the workshop, including revenue generation, customer satisfaction, profit and loss (P&L), target achievement, people management, workshop operations, tools and parts management, and compliance with standards and regulations, including health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols of the Branch.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the automotive workshop, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage the workshop's P&L, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded.
• Lead and mentor a team of service professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all company standards, regulatory requirements, and HSE protocols.
• Oversee the management of tools and parts, ensuring availability and proper usage.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and operational efficiency.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall business performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in automotive technology, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive service management.
• Proven track record of managing a successful automotive workshop with P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive workshop operations, tools, and parts management.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and HSE requirements.
