<p>Assist the Assistant Director of Finance and Director of Finance in ensuring all Accounting colleagues understand and follow the company s accounting policies, procedures, and internal control standards.</p>

<li>Oversee month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations, account analysis, accruals, journal entries, and preparation of financial statements in accordance with corporate standards and generally accepted accounting principles.</li>
<li>Review and verify journals, journal vouchers, general ledger (GL), and sub-ledger (SL) postings, ensuring balances are accurate and all contra/clearance accounts are cleared at month-end.</li>

<li>Review the accuracy of General Cashier reports, night audit reports, and hotel revenue transactions, ensuring compliance with established procedures.</li>

<p>The chief AGE mechanic supervises, trains AGE technicians and performs inspections, maintenance and servicing and storage of assigned AGE. Maintains and inspects hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and fuel systems to include turbine, diesel and gasoline driven AGE. Responsible for the day-to-day AGE shop operations and communicates with the AGE superintendent to assure work priorities are met. Accomplishes work in accordance with USAF/Amentum technical data. Ensures compliance with performance work statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 quality management system (QMS).</p>

Must be able to gain access to Logistics Tool Suite (LTS), Global Freight Management (GRM), Cargo Movement Operating System (CMOS), Integrated Logistics System-Supply (ILS-S), Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES), Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES), Integrated Booking System (IBS), Joint Container Management system (JCM), Wood Packaging Materials (WPM) Management Toolset, Global Asset Reporting Tool (GART) and web-based tracking systems such as Integrated Data Environment/Global Transportation Network Convergence (IGC), Radio Frequency Identification (RFID-ITV) Tracking Portal, Global Decision Support Systems (GDSS-2) and Single Mobility System (SMS) to ensure In-transit Visibility (ITV) within the Defense Transportation System (DTS). They are used to ensure that the process is operating within safe pressure limits. Temperature transmitters gauges, Thermowells, <br> Thermocouple Assemblies. These instruments measure the temperature of fluids or gases in various process equipment, such as heat exchangers, reactors, and distillation columns. <br> They help to ensure that the process is operating within the desired temperature range. Flow meters These instruments measure the flow rate of liquids and gases in pipes and vessels. They are used to monitor the amount of material being transferred between different process stages. Level transmitters These instruments measure the level of liquids and solids in tanks and vessels. They are used to ensure that tanks are not overfilled or emptied too quickly, which could result in safety hazards or process disruptions. Analyzers These instruments measure the chemical composition of process streams. They are used to monitor the quality of products and ensure that the process is operating within the required specifications Control valves / Instrument Manifold / Positioners. These are critical components that control the flow of fluids in process equipment. They are used to adjust the flow rate, pressure, and temperature of the process stream to maintain optimal process conditions. Safety relief valves These are critical components that protect equipment and personnel from overpressure conditions.
