An exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join a well-established business based in Muscat, Oman. This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for finance operations, compliance, reporting, budgeting, and administration, while managing a team of three and partnering closely with business leaders to support growth and operational performance. * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline * Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CMA preferred * Minimum 8-10 years of progressive finance experience * Previous leadership experience managing a small team * Mandatory experience within service-based industries * Strong management reporting, budgeting and forecasting experience * Proven experience in financial controls, compliance and governance * Experience managing audits, VAT and statutory reporting requirements * Strong understanding of cash flow and working capital management * Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills * Experience with cloud-based accounting systems * Project accounting and job costing experience would be a strong advantage * Open to candidates currently based anywhere across the GCC and willing to relocate to Oman
