The role involves leading site teams, coordinating daily activities, and maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise structural steel fabrication and erection activities. Allocate work and manage daily site operations. Read and interpret structural drawings and ensure work is executed as per specifications. Monitor quality, safety, and project progress. Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and site teams to ensure timely project completion.
Desired Candidate Profile
ITI/Diploma or equivalent qualification in Fabrication, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering. 5 8 years of experience in structural steel fabrication or erection, including supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of structural drawings, fabrication, and erection processes. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with construction safety standards and site management.
