المرشح المثالي
شهادة تقنية صناعية/ثانوية مضمدة أو مؤهل معادل في التصنيع أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو المدنية. من 5 إلى 8 سنوات من الخبرة في تصنيع أو تركيب الصلب الإنشائي، بما في ذلك خبرة إشراف. معرفة قوية بالرسوم الإنشائية وعمليات التصنيع والتركيب. مهارات قيادية واتصال وحل المشكلات جيدة. الإلمام بمعايير السلامة الإنشائية وإدارة الموقع.

Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and site teams to ensure timely project completion.
Desired Candidate Profile
ITI/Diploma or equivalent qualification in Fabrication, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering. 5 8 years of experience in structural steel fabrication or erection, including supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of structural drawings, fabrication, and erection processes. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with construction safety standards and site management.
