Skills Candidate who has led large, complex business transformation programs from strategy through to execution, not IT or digital change, but genuine enterprise-wide transformation spanning people, process, structure and culture. The candidate should be a credible, senior voice in the room, capable of influencing at the highest levels while maintaining hands-on accountability for delivery. Proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide transformation programs spanning operating model change, organisational redesign and performance improvement Deep understanding of the structural and operational dynamics of diversified conglomerates, including navigating matrix environments, multiple P&Ls and competing stakeholder agendas Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect transformation activity to tangible business outcomes and financial value

Educational Qualifications Bachelors degree in the field of engineering; Masters in Business Management or Administration Professional Certifications CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) Preferred Lean Six Sigma PMP (Project Management Professional)
