Asst Manager /Manager: Sales (Grade L4/L5) based out of Muscat Oman
We are seeking a dynamic, go getter professional to fill suitable vacancy in our sales team, on the following attributes:
Our Ideal Candidate
· Should be graduate with post graduate diploma in Plastic processing technology preferably from CIPET with 10-12 years’ experience in the sales of masterbatch
· Male – 35 years of age
· Will be in charge of sales & collections in the designated territory & meet the assigned targets.
· Will develop strategies to increase the market share, both Volume & Value share of the business. · Will be able to maintain & increase existing customer base in his territory
Desired Candidate Profile
· Will handle quality complaints & suggest solutions at customers end
· Should have good interpersonal and communications skills
· Knowledge of SAP preferred

مرشحنا المثالي
· يجب أن يكون خريجاً مع دبلوم دراسات عليا في تكنولوجيا معالجة البلاستيك ويفضل من CIPET مع خبرة 10-12 عاماً في مبيعات masterbatch
· ذكر – عمره 35 عامًا
· سيكون مسؤولاً عن المبيعات والتحصيلات في الإقليم المعين وتحقيق الأهداف الموكلة.
· سيطور استراتيجيات لزيادة حصة السوق، كل من الحصة الحجمية والقيمة من العمل. · سيكون قادرًا على الحفاظ على قاعدة عملاء موجودة وزيادتها في منطقته
الملف المرشح المثالي
· سيتعامل مع شكوى الجودة وسيقترح حلول في نهاية العملاء
· يجب أن يمتلك مهارات تواصل وتفاعل شخصي جيدة
· يفضّل معرفة SAP
