What you will do:-

Description of Accountability:

 

Sales Generation & Target Achievement: -

  • Identify new and potential clients requiring AMC for air conditioning units (residential, commercial, and industrial).
  • Proactively pursue new leads through cold calls, site visits, references, and digital inquiries.
  • Convert expired or inactive clients into renewed AMC business through structured follow-up and negotiation.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly AMC sales targets.

 

Strategic Client Management –

  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and facility managers.
  • Clearly explain AMC benefits, terms, and scope of work to ensure customer buy-in and prevent future disputes.
  • Handle escalations promptly and collaborate with the service team to ensure SLA compliance. and prevent future disputes.

Payment Collection & Accountability –

  • Take complete ownership of AMC payment collections — from invoicing to closure.
  • Follow up rigorously on overdue payments and ensure zero aging beyond the defined credit period.
  • Work closely with accounts to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate ledgers

 

Daily Reporting & CRM Updates –

  • Submit structured daily reports covering
  • Number of client meetings and calls made
  • Leads generated and follow-up status
  • AMC quotations shared and orders secured
  • Collections made and outstanding issues
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records Escalate any client or operational delays to management proactively.

 

Market Intelligence & Competitor Awareness –

  • Continuously gather and report market data on competitor pricing, service gaps, and potential opportunities.
  • Suggest improvements in AMC offerings based on feedback and industry trends

What equips you for the role:

 

  • 8-10 years of experience in Sales, Client Management preferably in consumer electronics and air conditioning field
  • Diploma /Graduation in relevant field.
  • Knowledge of English written and spoken.
  • Having good customer handling skills
  • Should have valid Oman Driving License.
  • Knowledge of Spoken Arabic language
