Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopedic Surgeon Specialist to join a leading medical complex in Oman.

The specialist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disorders, managing trauma and fracture cases, and providing comprehensive patient care. Candidates with expertise in joint replacement, arthroscopy, sports injuries, spine disorders, and orthopedic trauma management are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat orthopedic conditions and injuries.
• Manage trauma, fractures, sports injuries, arthritis, spinal disorders, and joint conditions.
• Review patient medical history, imaging, and laboratory reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, radiologists, and multidisciplinary medical teams.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications Required

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognized by relevant authorities.
• Master s Degree / MD / DNB in Orthopedics.
• Valid medical license and specialist registration.
• Minimum 3 5 years of experience as an Orthopedic Specialist/Surgeon.
• Excellent clinical, surgical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural healthcare environment.
• English proficiency required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
