Roles & Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning: Analyze project needs and technical requirements to maintain equipment condition and take corrective actions when required.Coordination: Manage activities to ensure vessel compliance with QHSES (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Security) standards.Design & Commissioning: Assist in the design of project equipment and ensure new technical assets are fully compliant with specifications before operation.Asset Performance: Monitor and evaluate technical deficiencies, suggesting and implementing improvements for maintenance and repair.Maintenance and Repair: Organize permanent maintenance, prepare repair specifications, and ensure follow-up of execution for all technical assets.Logistics & Inventory: Manage spare part inventory levels by analyzing criticality and coordinating logistics to prevent operational downtime.Knowledge Management: Maintain high-level technical expertise and teach basic maintenance tasks to the crew to bridge knowledge gaps.Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Vessel Manager and project management teams.
