Roles & Responsibilities
Support vendor coordination and administration activities for assigned business needs.
Maintain vendor records, documentation, correspondence, and related tracking logs.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect vendor-related requirements, supporting documents, and evaluation inputs.
Follow up with vendors on required documents, clarifications, submissions, and pending actions.
Support vendor registration, onboarding documentation, and record maintenance.
Assist in preparing comparison sheets, evaluation summaries, and supporting documentation for internal review.
Support contract administration activities, including document filing, tracking, and follow-up on renewals or pending items.
Assist in preparing status reports, summaries, and updates related to vendor matters.
Ensure proper filing and record keeping for vendor-related documents and internal approvals.
Coordinate with finance, commercial, supply chain, and other internal stakeholders where required.
Follow up on outstanding actions related to vendor documents, approvals, and coordination matters.
Escalate delays, missing documents, or unresolved vendor issues to the reporting manager when required.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Management, Commerce, or related field
Contract administration, vendor management, or business support training is an advantage
Fresh Graduate of experience in vendor coordination, contract administration, business support, commercial support, or administrative roles.
Experience in handling vendor records, documentation, and coordination with multiple internal stakeholders is preferred.
Experience in IT, engineering, project-based, or corporate service environments is an advantage
