Roles & Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain all social media accounts for:
- 2 Hotels
- 4 Restaurants
- 5 Cloud Kitchen brands
- Any additional accounts that might be added in the future
- Create and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Ensure consistent brand identity, visual quality, and tone of voice across all platforms.
- Maintain Radisson brand standards and corporate guidelines in all published content.
- Plan and schedule engaging content, including:
- Photos
- Reels
- Videos
- Stories
- Promotional campaigns
- Event coverage
- Seasonal activations
Content Creation & Creativity
- Develop creative marketing initiatives to increase followers, reach, and engagement.
- Coordinate content shoots and work closely with operations teams to capture high-quality material.
- Generate innovative ideas for:
- Food promotions
- Staycation offers
- Special occasions
- Corporate events
- Festive campaigns
- Community engagement
- Ensure all accounts remain active, attractive, updated, and visually aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
Guest Engagement & Online Communication
- Monitor and respond professionally to guest messages, comments, inquiries, and reviews across all platforms.
- Handle guest requests promptly and coordinate internally with hotel or restaurant operations when needed.
- Maintain high response standards and positive online guest interactions.
- Build strong online relationships with guests, influencers, and followers.
Google & Online Reputation Management
- Manage and maintain all Google Business profiles.
- Upload and update:
- Promotions
- Events
- Photos
- Announcements
- Operational updates
- Monitor and respond to Google reviews professionally and promptly.
- Support reputation management initiatives to improve online ratings and guest satisfaction.
Marketing & Revenue Support
- Strategically promote special events, brunches, festive occasions, offers, and seasonal campaigns to drive revenue and footfall.
- Support restaurants and cloud kitchens in generating online orders and customer engagement.
- Work closely with operations teams to identify promotional opportunities.
- Assist in influencer collaborations and partnership campaigns when required.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
- Provide monthly reports covering:
- Growth statistics
- Engagement performance
- Campaign effectiveness
- Audience insights
- Recommendations for improvement
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to keep the brands competitive and innovative.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
- Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business, and emerging social platforms.
- Experience in photography, videography, and content editing is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple brands simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and luxury presentation standards.
