Roles & Responsibilities

Early engagement to identify and pursue new project opportunities with EPC clients, and promote Siemens portfolio in electrification, automation, and digitalization.

Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC firms, understanding their business models and project needs. Develop customer account plans.

Deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals for complex technical solutions.

Monitor EPC project pipelines, investment and focus verticals in the middle east region. Update data on Company CRM tool.

Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop market strategies and customized proposals. Evolve various business models like JV s/Silent Consortium/Open Consortium options depending on the Customer requirements.

Ensuring up to date market information through internal and external partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

Your success is grounded in

  • Electrical or Electronics Engineering Degree.
  • 10 15 years in System/solution Sales in verticals like Renewables, Hydrogen, Water/Waste Water & Power plants/utilities.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical power distribution systems and solutions, as well as protection and automation products and solutions.
  • Know-how of low voltage switchboards is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
