Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B customers for meat products (retail, horeca, and wholesale segments).
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
  • Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and product demand.
  • Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and distribution teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of products.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support sales strategy.
  • Prepare and share simple but accurate sales reports (customer base, order volume, revenue, and monthly performance).

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proven ability to work in a sales-driven, target-oriented environment.
  • Experience or interest in FMCG / food / meat industry will be an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Valid driving license preferred (for field sales activities).
