Assistant HR Manager

A leading F&B company in Muscat, Oman is looking for an experienced Assistant HR Manager to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and programs aligned with company goals.

• Ensure compliance with Oman labor laws, HR regulations, and internal company policies.

• Manage and oversee accurate payroll processing and oversee employee benefits, leave, and attendance, ensuring employees feel valued and supported.

• Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

• Lead the hiring process, from job postings to interviews and smooth onboarding.

• Conduct exit interviews and provide constructive feedback to improve employee experience and organizational processes.

• Identify training needs and coordinate programs that help employees grow and succeed in their roles.

• Support appraisals, feedback, and engagement initiatives that motivate and retain talent.

• Maintain accurate records, generate HR reports, and assist in audits while keeping processes simple and efficient.

• Provide hands-on assistance with daily HR operations and step in when needed to ensure smooth functioning.
