We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns at Crowne Plaza Muscat OCEC. The ideal candidate will assist in promoting the hotel’s brand, driving guest engagement, and supporting revenue growth through both digital and traditional marketing channels.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns to promote hotel services, offers, and events.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather content and ensure brand consistency across all communications.
- Manage and update digital platforms, including social media channels, website content, and email marketing campaigns.
- Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, press releases, and promotional assets.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and partnerships.
- Maintain the hotel’s brand standards in all marketing communications.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for hospitality and guest experience.
