The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales & Marketing team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. This role is essential in maintaining client relationships, preparing sales documentation, and assisting in achieving revenue targets for the hotel.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Prepare and manage sales documents such as proposals, contracts, and agreements
- Maintain organized records of client accounts and sales activities
- Update and manage the CRM system with accurate client information
- Handle correspondence including emails, calls, and internal communication
- Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with clients regarding bookings, events, and special requests
- Assist in site inspections and client visits to the hotel
- Assist the sales team in achieving revenue targets and occupancy goals
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and pending business opportunities
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B) to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and events
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and corporate events
- Ensure all client requirements are communicated and fulfilled
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Compile weekly and monthly sales reports
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support or hospitality environment preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi) is an advantage
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
