Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on-site
  
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments
  
• Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions
  
• Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and international standards
  
• Develop and deliver safety training and awareness programs
  
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports
  
• Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports accurately
  
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe work practices
  
• Monitor use of PPE and ensure adherence to safety procedures
  
• Support emergency response planning and drills
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering or relevant field
  
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in HSE role (preferably in construction, oil & gas, or industrial sectors)
  
• Knowledge of local Oman safety regulations is preferred
  
• Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are highly preferred
