Our Client

Our client is a well-established FMCG distribution business in Oman, with a strong footprint across traditional trade channels. The organization is focused on expanding market share, strengthening distributor networks, and driving consistent in-market execution.

Your Role

As the Channel Manager – Traditional Trade, you will be responsible for driving growth across the TT channel by strengthening distributor partnerships and ensuring effective route-to-market execution. You will work closely with senior leadership to enhance channel performance, expand market presence, and lead teams toward achieving commercial targets. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and strong on-ground execution.

Skills

Must-Have

  • 5–10 years of experience in FMCG, with strong exposure to Traditional Trade
  • Proven experience managing distributor networks and route-to-market strategies
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales growth
  • Experience in leading and managing sales teams
  • Deep understanding of TT channel dynamics and market execution
  • Middle East experience is preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical skills
