Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Reception Administrator to be based in Muscat.

The main responsibilities will include:Manage all office administration duties and general office tasks, including running errands, and delivering documents, or packages. Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers. Safely transport employees, clients, and materials to and from designated locations as directed. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of company vehicles. Deliver products to customers as required. Maintain accurate records related to transportation schedules, mileage, vehicle maintenance, and fuel consumption. Performs other duties as assigned.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:Omani Nationals are encouraged to apply for this position. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a receptionist and company driver. Preferably within the Medical Devices Industry. Good knowledge of local traffic laws and routes. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. High proficiency with the commonly used computer software and applications.
