As Reservations Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:



·         Assist the Reservations Manager to oversee the Reservations Department to ensure an effective daily workflow and the delivery of exceptional level of service. 



·         Assist in the managing, training and developing of the team. 



·         Execute direction and lead the Reservations team to ensure both revenue and quality targets are achieved. 



·         Ensure team members are developed effectively and generate a culture of high-quality standards for relationship building, customer service and selling techniques. 



·         Build strong relationships with guests and team members in order to gain full understanding of their needs and work to serve them effectively.  



·         Ensure proper implementation of reservations procedures and maximize conversion ratios. 



·         Actively promote upselling and cross-selling within the reservations team.



As Reservations Supervisor, we expect from you:



 ·         3 years of work experience in Reservations with same capacity, preferably in luxury hotel



·         Degree holder in hotel management or other related disciplines



·         Excellent communication skills and fluent in both written and spoken English



·         Excellent organizational and computer skills
