Sales Supervisor

Job Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. The Sales Supervisor will oversee a team of sales representatives, driving sales strategies to achieve company goals while ensuring exceptional customer service and team performance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Team Leadership:
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Sales Strategy Development:
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Execution:
  • Monitor daily sales activities and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in setting sales targets and track team performance against these targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Utilize sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
  • Market Awareness:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
  • Participate in promotional events and trade shows as needed.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales in FMCG, preferable within frozen food products
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
