Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm and hospitable environment
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Advanced Italian and French languages
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
