-Develop and maintain strategic long-term profitable relationships with the designated customer portfolio and ensure sales target is achieved. This includes conducting frequent face-to-face visits with the clients.

• Support the transformations of key accounts complaints and queries to enhance the customer satisfactions levels and maintain as focal point for managing & sorting out all key accounts complaints and enquires in an efficient and timely manner.

• Lead & liaise with all IW functions to ensure manifest process and monitor service delivery to the Key accounts in adherence to the contractual terms.

• Maximize sales through identifying of potential new clients, developing new business proposals, and influencing key decision-makers.

• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. This involves preparing sales reports and forecasting future sales.

• Assist the Sr. Commercial Manager in conducting financial modeling and analysis to support profitability analysis from each IW segment of the designated portfolio.

• Assist the Sr. Commercial Manager in providing inputs and recommendations for setting/reviewing commercial tariffs for IW services to ensure profitability of the business.

• Support the invoicing cycles that includes review, validates & certify all invoices to all key accounts.

• Manage the collections process from key accounts to ensure all payments are recovered in line with the payment terms and set targets.

• Negotiate contracts’ terms and conditions with the clients and ensure smooth closure of agreements to maximize sales.

• Support the sr. commercial manager to put plans in place for achieving optimal customer satisfaction and retaining key customers for continuous revenue generation for be’ah.

• Assist in the outreach initiatives to create awareness of Hazardous Waste Management across the respective industry and international platforms.

• Adhere to all relevant quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures, instructions, controls, and role specific QHSE KPIs in order to guarantee the safety of employees, quality of products/ services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.
