Develop ICT solutions including standard products and propositions for business customers with the objective to deliver revenue targets and achieve great customer experience Build high level business cases for each new solution concept Maintain and control detailed specifications for ICT and IoT solutions Work with marketing peers & partners to develop products and propositions Work with partner & internal teams to generate internal/external processes Administrate the implementation of solutions which touches network and IT, procurement, customer service, legal, regulatory, etc, to ensure on time readiness. Have an updated knowledge on customer demands, competitor initiatives, and ICT and IoT market development Work closely with sales, pricing, bid management, and the customers to close deals Develop and lead the Cloud, ICT and IoT roadmap ensuring internal alignment Find right ICT solutions from existing or new partners ensuring business needs and company’s interest Drive ICT/IoT concepts through the B2B management, legal and regulatory, procurement and technology in order to obtain the necessary approvals for smooth implementations. Provide right input to Pricing in order to have competitive service, keeping partner margins Shadow the team in coordinating the implementation of products and propositions between the different technical and commercial units (IT, Network, CS, ISM, Regulatory & Legal) Monitor ICT and IoT evolution, ensure latest versions are available to Ooredoo customers with proper go to market (GTM) in place. Develop products and services for business customers with the objective to deliver revenue targets and achieve great customer experience Maintain and control detailed specifications for Cloud, ICT & IoT products and services Build high level business cases for each new product concept Work with peers to develop products and propositions Work with the technical teams to generate design documents and processes Work with the procurement and technical organization in order to develop RFPs and manage the RFP process required for new businesses. Co-ordinate implementation of products & propositions between network and IT, customer service and suppliers to ensure a launch on time, in budget and to specifications. Have an updated knowledge on competitor products and initiatives Create right product mix by addressing the key market requirements in the region Monitor product/proposition performance in terms of uptake, usage and customer satisfaction, and take appropriate actions to further develop the products revenues and margins Proactively manage product lifecycle, taking an active role in making future business plans Track market trends, pricing, and competition in the region with respect to the product portfolio Prepare, store, disseminate and maintain all product/proposition documentation, such as Product/proposition Description, Service Level Agreements and Product/propositions Presentation. Ensure the delivery of sales, pre-sales and customer service training Provide input for user guides, user interfaces etc to proposition teams, Ensure the delivery of sales, pre-sales and customer service training related to ICT/IoT products prior to launch Ensure that a comprehensive set of business rules, activation forms, welcome packs, price and product sheets, FAQ etc. are available in due time for launch across the full product portfolio for all segments and both existing and new offerings Product and Proposition development Product and Proposition lifecycle management Product and Proposition launch Product and Proposition documentation development Product and Propositions review and monitoring Business Case development UAT Training content development and delivery Knowledge of ICT and IoT products Experience in developing ICT Solutions, Managed Security, Managed IP Telephony, SD WAN Project Management Customer orientation and analytical skills Communicating effectively Planning and Organizing Results oriented Detail and quality conscious Teamwork Customer focused Financial acumen - Promotion Matrix
