Target new mass Retail customers, increase number of Retail clients and cross sell all retail products.
Key Objectives
- Achieve budgeted plan assigned by the head of unit
- Comply with Bank and regulatory policies
- Sales & Marketing through presentations and meetings
- Excellent Customer Service
- Sales plans, timely MIS and attrition control
Principal Responsibilities
- Support the branches to increase their Retail Asset/ Liability Book
- Successful conversion of new clients in defined markets industries and target potential customers
- To secure sales in line with business plan
- To manage account relationships with existing portfolio of customers in order to Make the accounts “sticky” and maximize account profitability within the Bank’s Credit policy
- To establish account relationships with new customers interested in (Borrowing and Non-Borrowing)
- To ensure high risk situations are identified early and escalated
- To meet with current and potential key bank customers in the interests of sustaining and furthering on going profitable relationships
- Cross sell bank products and services (CASA, Finance Products, Takaful, Cards, referrals to Premier and Private, etc)
- Positive representation and projection of the Bank in the market
- Comply with AML procedures
- Play as a team member and support other units within the bank
Person Specifications
- Degree holder or diploma
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same field
