About Us:

Goyal Books Middle East is a leading name in retail sales of books, stationery, and educational products. We are expanding our reach and opening a new store in Muscat. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager/Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • *Retail Sales Management:* Drive sales and profitability by maximizing sales performance, executing retail sales strategies, and delivering excellent customer service.
  • *Store Operations:* Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
  • *Team Coordination:* Coordinate and lead the store team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between different departments.
  • *Customer Service:* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • *Inventory Management:* Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of products.
  • *Staff Training:* Train and develop store staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and able to provide excellent customer service.
  • *Sales Reporting:* Prepare and analyze sales reports, identify trends, and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • *Marketing and Promotions:* Plan and execute in-store promotions, marketing campaigns, and events to attract customers and boost sales.
  • *Compliance:* Ensure the store complies with all company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.

#### Requirements:

  • *Experience:* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail sales and store management, preferably in books, stationery, or educational products.
  • *Leadership Skills:* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • *Customer-Focused:* Excellent customer service skills with a positive and approachable attitude.
  • *Communication:* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • *Analytical Skills:* Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to improve store performance.
  • *Flexibility:* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • *Education:* A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
