<p>Role Objective: To support the Head - Mine Development and Operations by coordinating day-to-day mine operations activities, tracking project timelines and deliverables, maintaining accurate documentation, and facilitating communication across departments, in order to ensure mine operations projects and initiatives are delivered on schedule and in line with Company standards. <p><b>ROLE OBJECTIVE </b>To provide senior level electrical engineering leadership and independent technical assurance for Otech s mission critical data center portfolio, ensuring that electrical infrastructure is safe, resilient, scalable, maintainable and fit for continuous operation. The role independently reviews and validates electrical designs, calculations, equipment selections, capacity and redundancy requirements, and challenges consultants, OEMs, contractors and service providers where required to protect Otech s operational, technical and commercial interests.</p><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><p>Strategic / Engineering Governance</p><ul><li>Act as the senior <p>JOB PURPOSE: The Deputy Director supports the Scholarship Director in all facets of development, planning, implementation and communication of the programme; the relationship will be one of mentoring and succession planning in anticipation of a continuing and sustainable programme. S/he will have responsibility to ensure that communications with stakeholders; sponsors, candidates, scholars and parents are clear and continuous and will also assume responsibility for special projects and development of new programs as required and assigned.
