<p>The Project Field Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision, monitoring, and control of all field activities during project execution. The role focuses on ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely execution of works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. The position is primarily field-based and acts as the link between contractors and the Project Manager to ensure effective execution and issue resolution.</p><br><ol><li><p>Main responsibilities:</p><br></li></ol><p>HSE and Work Control</p><ul><li><p>Ensure safe execution of all project activities and promote a strong safety culture at site.</p></li><li><p>Monitor contractor compliance with company HSE requirements, PTW systems, and risk assessments.</p></li><li><p>Participate in toolbox talks, safety observations, and incident investigations.</p></li><li><p>Ensure adequate barricading, housekeeping, and safe work practices are always maintained.</p></li><li><p>Verify that approved method statements and risk assessments are implemented in the field.</p></li></ul><p>Site Execution and Supervision</p><ul><li><p>Provide continuous field supervision of all construction activities.</p></li><li><p>Monitor, control installation of piping, cabling, instrumentation, equipment, steel structures, platforms, supports etc. to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and supervise contractors' manpower, equipment, and resources to maximize productivity.</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper alignment, fit-up, leveling, and workmanship during installation.</p></li><li><p>Monitor lifting activities and critical jobs to ensure compliance with approved lifting plans and safety requirements.</p></li><li><p>Organize hydrotests, pressure tests, flushing, mechanical completion, and loop testing activities.</p></li></ul><p>Daily Monitoring and Reporting</p><ul><li><p>Monitor and develop daily progress reports and identify delays or constraints and communicate issues requiring management intervention</p></li><li><p>Ensure work fronts are available and proactively remove execution obstacles.</p></li><li><p>Escalate technical, material, manpower, or safety issues affecting progress.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with Project Engineers and other disciplines to resolve site issues promptly.</p></li><li><p>Verify material traceability and ensure approved materials are used.</p></li><li><p>Identify and rectify construction deficiencies and punch points.</p></li><li><p>Witness equipment installation and ensure vendor recommendations are followed.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate field activities with civil, electrical, instrumentation, and process teams to avoid conflicts.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams for tie-ins, isolations, and plant interfaces.</p></li><li><p>Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities.</p></li></ul><p>Material and Resource Management</p><ul><li><p>Verify material availability prior to execution.</p></li><li><p>Monitor consumption of materials and ensure proper handling and storage with record keeping.</p></li></ul><p>Documentation and Completion</p><ul><li><p>Prepare and verify red-line markups and as-built information generated from field changes.</p></li><li><p>Support preparation of dossiers and punch lists.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all work packages are completed and handed over properly.</p></li><li><p>Assist in close-out activities and final acceptance.</p><br></li></ul><ol><li><p>Key Profile</strong></p><p>Scope and Candidate Qualifications</p><br><ol><li><p>Knowledge and Experience</p></li></ol><ul><li><p>Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on field experience in Industrial construction, maintenance, and project execution.</p></li><li><p>Experience supervising contractors and field crews.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of metallic piping installation, equipment erection, steel structures, platforms, cabling, loop testing, tanks, insulations, and supports.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with mechanical testing, flushing, hydrotesting, alignment, and commissioning activities.</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of civil, electrical, and instrumentation interfaces.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of permit-to-work systems, HSE requirements, and risk assessments methodology.</p></li><li><p>Ability to read P&IDs, isometrics, GA drawings, equipment drawings, and vendor documents.</p><br></li></ul><ol><li><p>Qualifications</p></li></ol><ul><li><p>Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.</p></li><li><p>Additional certifications in HSE, lifting supervision, and welding QA/QC are
