<p>Roles & Responsibilities</p>

<li>Generate invoices based on sales orders and dispatch records.</li>
<li>Verify pricing, SKU codes, VAT, discounts, and billing details.</li>
<li>Enter and maintain invoice data in ERP or billing software.</li>
<li>Maintain records of invoices, credit notes, and supporting documents.</li>
<li>Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and sales teams to ensure billing matches dispatched goods.</li>
<li>Confirm delivery schedules and customer billing instructions.</li>
<li>Ensure invoices comply with applicable tax requirements and company policies.</li>
<li>Identify and resolve pricing errors, duplicate invoices, and incorrect product entries.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Sales and Accounts Receivable teams to resolve billing discrepancies.</li>
<li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing and sales reports.</li>

<li>Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field B.Com / BBA / M.Com .</li>
<li>1 3 years of relevant experience in billing or accounts in LOGISTICS / WAREHOUSE / FMCG.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or ERP .</li>
<li>Knowledge of GST, TDS, VAT, and basic accounting principles .</li>
<li>Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Good communication and organizational skills.</li>
