A) Lifting Supervisor
1) Degree / Diploma in Engineering.
2) Lifting related valid courses & certificates
3) Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery.
4) Lifting procedures, Coordination & communication with team, Safe lifting & Operations.
5) Lifting Supervisor for Crane.
B) Painting & Blasting Supervisor
1) Diploma / Degree in Engineering.
2) Minimum 6+ years of experience in blasting & painting supervisor work in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery.
3) Supervise & coordinate daily blasting & painting activities
4) Preparation & review of blasting & painting procedures in accordance with the clients specifications & company requirements
5) Maintain and execute inspections & quality procedures
6) Reviewing & follow the painting specifications, technical & safety data sheet, blasting & painting procedures
7) Oversees work in-progress to ensure quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of unit activities & output & maintaining the standards of NACE & SSPC
8) Familiar with various inspections techniques like holiday inspection for internal & external coating, adhesion test etc
Desired Candidate Profile
أ) مشرف الرفع
1) شهادة / دبلوم في الهندسة.
2) دورات وشهادات صالحة متعلقة بالرفع
3) خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في النفط والغاز / البتروكيماويات / المصافي.
4) إجراءات الرفع، التنسيق والتواصل مع الفريق، الرفع الآمن والعمليات.
5) مشرف الرفع لالرافعة.
ب) مشرف الطلاء والطلاء بالرصاص
1) دبلوم / شهادة في الهندسة.
2) خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في أعمال الإشراف على التفجير والطلاء في النفط والغاز / البتروكيماويات / المصافي.
3) الإشراف وتنسيق أنشطة التفجير والطلاء اليومية
4) إعداد ومراجعة إجراءات التفجير والطلاء وفقًا لمواصفات العملاء ومتطلبات الشركة
5) الحفاظ على وتنفيذ فحص وجودة الإجراءات
6) مراجعة واتباع مواصفات الطلاء، الورقة الفنية وبيان السلامة، إجراءات التفجير والطلاء
7) يشرف على العمل الجاري لضمان الجودة والفعالية وكفاءة نشاط الوحدة والإنتاج مع الحفاظ على معايير NACE وSSPC
8) مطلع على تقنيات فحص مختلفة مثل فحص الفترات في الطلاء الداخلي والخارجي، اختبار الالتصاق، إلخ
