Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily office operations by handling administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.
  • Assist in executing marketing activities, including social media coordination, promotions, and basic content preparation.
  • Maintain and organize office records, documents, and filing systems (both physical and digital).
  • Manage garage inventory by tracking tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring proper stock levels and reporting shortages.
  • Handle government-related processes, including documentation, submissions, and follow-ups with relevant authorities.
  • Assist in case handling by coordinating documentation and maintaining accurate records of ongoing cases.
  • Liaise and coordinate with legal representatives (lawyers) regarding case updates, documentation, and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in administrative and operational activities.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and updates for management regarding administrative, inventory, and case-related matters.
  • Provide general support to different departments as required to ensure smooth business operations.

Skills

  • Prior experience in a similar administrative or operational role will be preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
  • Good understanding of the local market and familiarity with relevant business activities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and government authorities.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing activities and administrative processes.
