Role & responsibilities Exposure in Academic Research purely. Not required as Faculty in College / Institutes. Conduct independent research in Human Resource Management, Human Capital Development, Talent Management, Organizational Behaviour, Business, and Economics. Proven ability to develop research projects from concept to publication. Excellent academic writing and scholarly communication skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. EMPLOYMENT NATURE This is a research-focused appointment. The position does not carry routine teaching, student advising at undergraduate or postgraduate taught levels, departmental administration, or academic management responsibilities. Desired Candidate Profile
PhD in Human Resource Management, Human Capital Development, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Organizational Behaviour, or a closely related discipline from a recognized university. Minimum of 10 years of research experience
