Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with General Practitioners (GPs), Specialist Clinics, Polyclinics, Corporate companies, Insurance companies / TPAs, Medical centers, and Community healthcare partners.
- Generate patient referrals for OPD consultations, Diagnostics, Health checkups, Specialty services, Surgical packages, and Rehabilitation and wellness services.
- Promote hospital specialties, doctors, services, and packages to referral sources.
- Conduct regular field visits to doctors, clinics, corporates, and medical partners.
- Identify new referral channels and partnership opportunities to expand hospital reach.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Front Office, Insurance, Doctors / Consultants, Customer Service, and Marketing team.
- Monitor referral trends, patient inflow, and conversion performance.
- Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports on referral activities, new tie-ups, conversion status, and revenue contribution.
- Support in organizing CME programs, Health camps, Doctor meets, Corporate wellness activities, and Community engagement events.
- Ensure excellent relationship management and timely follow-up with referral partners.
- Maintain updated knowledge of hospital services, consultants, packages, and competitors in the market.

- Strong experience in hospital referral marketing and field sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good networking and relationship-building ability
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Ability to meet business targets and generate leads
- Knowledge of healthcare services and patient referral systems
- Good presentation and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Prior experience in hospitals, medical centers, polyclinics, or healthcare groups is preferred
- Arabic speaking candidates will be an added advantage
- Valid Oman driving license is required
