Roles & Responsibilities

• Assisting customers at the counter by providing product information and offering suggestions based on their requirements.

• Maintaining the cash register and processing sales transactions.

• Sorting and stocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels.

• Providing excellent customer service by ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving complaints.

• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent educational qualification.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is advantageous.
• Familiarity with basic POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication skills in Bengali, with basic English proficiency preferred.
• Adept at multitasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates a friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting.
• Trustworthy and reliable, with a keen eye for detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new product lines and sales techniques.
• Must be a Bangladeshi national, legally authorized to work in the country.
