Job Title: Director – Operations & Growth

About the Role
We are seeking a commercially driven Operations Leader to oversee a portfolio of business units and contracts across multiple locations. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong P&L ownership, a passion for operational excellence, and a proven ability to drive growth and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
• Lead and grow a portfolio of business units aligned with company strategy.
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams across multiple sites.
• Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Business Growth & Commercial
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the portfolio.
• Strengthen client relationships to drive retention and revenue growth.
• Lead contract negotiations to ensure commercial success and profitability.
Operations Excellence
• Oversee multi-site operations, ensuring consistent service delivery and quality.
• Ensure seamless mobilization and execution of new contracts/projects.
• Drive efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
QHSE & Compliance
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with QHSE standards.
• Proactively manage operational risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
Financial Performance
• Own full P&L responsibility across business units.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
• Optimize costs, revenue, and cash flow.
Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary escalation point for key clients and stakeholders.
• Build strong, long-term partnerships with clients and internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10–15 years’ experience in operations, contract management, or general management.
• Proven track record managing P&L and multi-site operations in the GCC.
• Strong experience in business development and contract negotiation.
• Background in facilities management, services, or large-scale operations is a plus.
