Your Role
As the Modern Trade Manager, you will lead credit operations across key accounts, ensuring a balance between commercial growth and effective credit risk management. You will work closely with sales and finance teams to strengthen credit policies, improve collections, and maintain healthy cash flow. This role requires a strong understanding of modern trade dynamics along with the ability to enforce disciplined credit practices.
Skills
Must-Have
- 5+ years of experience in credit management within FMCG or distribution
- Strong exposure to Modern Trade (MT) accounts and channel dynamics
- Proven experience in credit control, collections, and risk assessment
- Ability to work closely with sales teams while maintaining financial discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the Middle East market is preferred
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
